1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SprintGigs (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • “Earner” — a user who completes tasks for payment
  • “Poster” — a user who creates and publishes tasks
  • “Task” — any work item posted on the Platform
  • “Submission” — proof of task completion submitted by an Earner
  • “Wallet” — your SprintGigs balance in Ethiopian Birr (ETB)

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One person may hold only one account.

4. User Roles

Earners (Doers)

  • Must complete tasks according to posted instructions
  • Fraudulent or low-quality submissions may be rejected
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension

Posters

  • Must provide clear, complete task instructions
  • Must review submissions within a reasonable timeframe
  • Must fund task rewards in advance via wallet balance

5. Task Submissions & Approvals

Submissions are reviewed by the Poster or automated systems. If approved, the reward is credited to the Earner’s wallet. If rejected, the Earner may resubmit. The Poster’s decision is final, subject to administrative review in case of disputes.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: 100 ETB
  • Available withdrawal methods: Telebirr, CBE Bank, Awash Bank
  • Withdrawals are reviewed manually before processing
  • SprintGigs charges no fees on withdrawals (third-party fees may apply)
  • Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of wallet balance

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts
  • Submit plagiarized or AI-generated work
  • Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities
  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Engage in any form of fraud, bribery, or manipulation

8. Intellectual Property

Task submissions become the property of the Poster upon approval. The Platform and its branding are owned by SprintGigs. User account data remains the property of the user.

9. Limitation of Liability

SprintGigs is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between Earners and Posters, third-party service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
